1. General Information
Feather Candle Company sells handcrafted soy wax candles and related products. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms.
2. Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in US Currency and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept payments via Master Card, Visa, American Express, Disover, Venmo.
• Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped based on availability.
3. Shipping / Delivery / Pick up.
• We offer domestic shipping. Shipping times may vary.
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
• We offer pick up for all online orders at our location at 356 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH on Saturday and Sundays 10-5.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days via email at Faith@feathercandle.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
5. Product Use & Safety
• Our candles are made with natural soy wax, but we are not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including:
• Never leave candles unattended.
• Keep away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.
• Trim wicks before each use.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Feather Candle Company and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
